WMS - where is the inventory movement recorded? (Physical to User loc)

Is it possible to reverse an inventory pick from physical location to user location? How are these transactions handled in AX and DB? I've looked all over and I can't find how to reverse it.

I have a user that somehow picked from a location that had no inventory, but the advanced WMS somehow allowed him to pick the inventory. I can't cancel production pick work or anything, I'm stuck.

i didn't exactly get the situation.

The work is stuck between pick and put? The items are already located on the user location?
