I understand that a Light user can create a Purchase Requisition, which, on approval, can be converted to a Purchase Order.
Can a Light User be set up as an Approver in a Workflow and can the Light User approve a Purchase Order?

Hi Jerry,
There are Self Serve users (or light users), Limited users and then full users. Yes, Self Serve users can indeed be setup as approvers in workflow and can approve Requisitions and convert to Purchase orders. But if they need to do any type of Inquiry etc then they need to go with Limited user instead. Basically Limited can do everything that Self serve can do, but more. They can do inquiries, use smartlist, reports and lists so keep that in mind.
