microsoft Dynamics crm -  what is the difference between closing a task and marking complete?

    Hi,

    Closing a task has two consequences, one is “Completed” and another is “Canceled”

    Marking complete will change the task state as ”Completed”. It has to choose the state when close a task.

    Whatever completed tasks and canceled tasks, you can find them in Closed Activity.
