What operation are you doing? What is file type of the import file?
Does the import file contain any records?
Are you using AX or D365F&O?

I am Importing the vendor postal addresses
while importing if you view execution log we are getting the above error
I am using dynamics 365
and also let me know whether this is technical error or function areas error

Click View staging data to see the staging records and the errors.
Ah, but it's not even in the staging.
Unfortunately we can't help much with the information that we have.
You could try to export this same entity and compare the file to the file that you are trying to import.
Also, try to import a file with 1 record. Does it work?
What if you input some bogus data? Does it work? If not, please share this bogus data with us?
Does the execution log have additional details about the errors? If not, try to see if mandatory fields are missing or the source file contains invalid values. Also check for duplicate entries.
