
Hi in our company all of the sudden two different computers are experiencing the "system message 9835" they were simply trying to input on a cash account transaction entry, that same issue happens on journal entries. We are using windows 10 1909, the same users can work fine using different computers, but it seems the problem is spreading. Can anyone please help!

Do you have customizations for those screens?
You can try to access the screens and enter transactions in standard mode. Have the user click on "Self" at the bottom of the main screen and select standard when the box pops up.
It could be a self customization (they created it on their own by stretching out screens) or some global customization.
You can also try to reboot the machine to see if windows updates are completed.
Otherwise since it looks like you are on a supported version you can put in a support ticket in.
It could be that the version of VBA isn't correct, but I'd try the other suggestions first.
