Hello,
Anyone running RSO, have you had an issue with an optimization trying to optimize for 8 hours? When I run an optimization for 1,500 requirements for example everything is fine. However I have tried running one with 8,000 requirements and no other bookings in the view and it will not seem to complete. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a resolution?

Hi, we have had the same issue. If you click on "Re Set Schedule" and optimise again, it then took the standard amount of time for us. Answer we got back was "it can happen". Not great but re setting the schedule helped. Note, you will need to re publish before running again.

I apologize for the delay. No there isn't any error messages. The optimization just never finishes it's run. We seem to think it has something to do with how many requirements we including and the fact that we are looking to schedule them our for a year but I would think this would be part of what the system is designed to do.
