Hi All,

There is an error message that keep displaying when clicking Confirm on Purchase Order screen page as shown below.

Please let me know how this could be resolved as Microsoft has come back that the issue is not related to them.

You need to debug the method that is mentioned in the error message to see what causes it.

Are there any charges to Purchase added for the Purchase order? If yes, could you please try removing the charges and then confirming?

There are no charges on the Purchase and I have just discovered that this error is only associated with Project Purchase Order.

Any ideas please?

Did you already debug it? That's really the easiest way to get a better idea about it. Especially if MS already looked at it, and told that your customization is causing it, there's not much that we can do - not having access to your environment or your code.

Hi Ade,

As mentioned by Nikolaos, You need to debug the code. The easiest way is to add the breakpoint in 'info' class, 'add' method and check the call stack.

Hi Ade,

This looks like there is some issue in "Tax setup", can you try this without Tax so that you can decide that issue is in Tax setup.

Microsft addressed and fixed issues related to this error message "Function TaxMap.parmSourceDocLineTypeEnumValue has been incorrectly called".

Usually, it's one issue of the below:

Role security permission missing on table TaxUncommitted. please Use administrator-account to do the same transaction on UAT environment. If user-account throws the error, but administrator-account works correctly, then the root cause is: user-account locks of security permission on table TaxUncommitted. To fix this issue you need to add the Read permission to table TaxUncommitted for the role.

SourcedocumentLine issues, and there is an automated rule that runs every night on could environment to fix these records.

Please give it a try considering these points, if the issue still exists please submit a support request to the Microsoft support team.

Thanks Mo. I have been told that this issue will be resolved with D365 F&O update 10.0.13 with deployment to Production environment this week.
