I know i have a 1:N relationship from opportunity to work order, so i can show a quick view of opportunity to wo, but I want to show those things to Bookings, is there some possibility to do that.

From checking my orgs Field Service installation, there is not OOB relationship, so first you need to create the 1:N relationship (so create a lookup field to Opty from Booking).
Next, to get data in it, you want a workflow that triggers on Create of Booking/Update of lookup field on booking to the Work Order. If WORK ORDER LOOKUP FIELD NAME on the Booking contains data, then populate the Opportunity field on the Booking entity with the value from the Opportunity field on the Work Order entity.

That can be possible if there is any relationship between opportunities and bookings, then you can use subgrid to show that on bookings. If there is already already relationship between bookings and opportunities then you can try to show quick view form on bookings form. There are multiple options available but it depends on how the business flow. Thank you,
