I am trying to use the search functionality in portal for my custom entity called Property Details and and I am searching based on City field.
I am new to portals and I have followed all the steps mentioned in this blog: https://rajeevpentyala.com/2020/05/09/step-by-step-power-apps-portal-configure-global-search/
However, the last step mentioned in this blog "Rebuild Search Index" is not available for my portal.
I am only getting these 2 option:
Hence when I search using my city filter it does not give me any results even though I have record:
Can you please guide me why I am not getting ""Rebuild Search Index" option.
And is there any other way to use search functionality for portals?
