Batch job run well, but some records in Error folder

Hi Guys,

We run 1 batch job for SO import into AX, and the batch run successfully, no error log. However, when checking, we found that some records from this batch jumped into Error folder. After that, we do manually import this record, it worked well. It means that only some records can not run automatically at this batch.

We are quite worry about this case as we dont know why it happen and cannot control whether there is a record in Error folder or not.

Does anyone else meet this issue before?

What are possible reason for that?

How do you import them, AIF, DMF, custom code ?

We found 1 error from stagging

Error occurred while doing bulk copy from temp table to entity table-Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'I_100511SALESLINE'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.DMFSALESLINEENTITY'. The duplicate key value is (5637144576, Opt-SO Line-6-1-8/04/2020 11:10:40 pm-1, Opt-SO Line, , 0.0000000000000000).

The statement has been terminated.

'0' 'Sales order line' record(s) inserted in staging

Does anyone else have idea about this one?

Yes. So in the entity you have an index. And you are trying to insert 2 records that violate that index. However, when you process records one by one it is ok because there is no duplicates. Check you source data for duplicates.
