eConnect error

Hello All,

I am getting very weird error on eConnect when trying push the SOP Transactions from Local computer to Test Server.

On local computer eConnect prompt  " Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Integrated authentication." error but on event viewer I am getting The instantiation of the SqlException has failed. This could be due to different versions of the .Net Framework causing the change to the SqraclException Signature. Please contact support for further details..

On Test Server error :

SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The operating system error code indicates the cause of failure. The logon attempt failed   [CLIENT: LocalComputerIP)

eConnect version on Local and Dev server is the same.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks much
Sandip

Can you check if both of systems are in the same domain? And try giving admin access to the test server account in SQL and give a try if both of them are in the same domain?

Along with checking on the domains, I would also be curious if the service account running eConnect is on the same domain as SQL Server, eConnect and Dynamics GP are installed onto.

Also, SSPI is sometimes indicative of a limitation of Windows Authentication. For example, if eConnect is on one server and SQL Server is on another and you're running your SOP integration from a third machine, it may be a limitation of what the Windows auth can handle, and more something requiring of a Kerberos authentication or something along those lines.

Based on the error I'd check the domains though, as to why it says the "login is from an untrusted domain"?

If you do have multiple domains in play, make sure they have a full, two-way trust between them, at minimum.

    Thanks

FYI - I am on same domain.

    Thanks much
