I am getting a crash --- can I give the memory dump to someone who can fix Nav

I have a user that constantly crashes it’s always the same place.

I have a memory dump file I can send if I can.

How can I go about correcting the error?

    This particular user likes to have lot of windows open typically Packing List and purchase order. There does not seem to be any pattern for the crash. He can go days without it crashing. I have looked at different crash dumps (right mouse on the task view create crash dump and then opening them in Visual Studio) it does seem to be the same spot in the code each time. It does seem to be something about the windowing

    Did you try to reproduce the crash on other computer. You should try this:

    1) Log on with the same user on other computer and try to reproduce the crash.

    2) If you have the same error, then try with other user.

    - If the problem only happens with THIS user and in THIS computer, it maybe caused by an user profile issue.

    - If the problem happens with all the users on that computer, it maybe caused by a bad installation. You should repair or reinstall.

    - If the problem happens on some other computers and for other users, I recommend you to check your database.
