Project Category must be filled in

Hi,

I keep getting the following error when trying to create a PR within a specific legal entity.

"Project category must be filled in"

I've checked in Procurement and sourcing > Set up > Categories > Procurement categories

Project category is present

Project Management and accounting > Set up > Categories > Project categories

Added in the specific project that I'm trying to raise the PR against, however error still shows.

This category can be used in other legal entities without issue. I cannot find any differences in the set up of the entity that works, and the one with the error. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I'm missing?

Hello Rhiannon,

The error message mentions a "" item number that has not been provided.

Can you process a PR with an ordinary item?

Hi,

I should have specified, this is for non-catalogue items. There are no catalogue items related to the project category, therefore I cannot add a catalogue item either.
