Dears,
We did upgrade the system from NAV 2016 to NAV 2017 (ClickOnce, hosted by Azure Cloud services). When we did it, we have seen that many 'Customized Reports' were sadly lost! For some of them, we had a backup, so it was a matter of importing them back to NAV and re-assigning to each company, but some of them were completely lost.
-Could you please explain to me why this happened?
-How can we prevent to loose the customized reports when NAV is upgraded to the next version in the future?(we thought about doing backup of all the reports, but that would imply a lot of time to import and assign them to every single company again)
