Release pipeline deploy - 500 Error

I used release pipeline to upload and deploy package to UAT environment,
All works fine, but sometimes I got error from pipeline run while package deployment in progress and waiting for finish. Package successfully deployed, but I got error from pipeline.

What could be the reason of this error?

##[error]API Call returned InternalServerError: Internal Server Error

Looks similar to developercommunity.visualstudio.com/.../1063531

Since D365FO deployment was not really impacted, I prefer to believe this is an Azure DevOps issue. Can log ticket to Microsoft Azure DevOps support team to dig further into it if this has to be resolved. Probably the support team can debug and help pinpoint what was causing the error.
