How to remove the duplicate or extra Custom button from Ribbon in D365 CRM

1 Week ago we added a managed solution in prod environment which consist of account entity form, That form holds some newly created fields in which now the data is  present, but by mistakely in the ribbon "one button got replicated and one extra button got added which is under development.

now I want to remove the duplicate and extra button from the ribbon but the ribbon workbench is not able to open that managed solution in prod environment. I have the unmanaged solution in UAT environment. I am stuck at this point don't know what to do.

    Can you try creating an unmanaged solution and add in the entity/table that has the duplicate buttons. When adding the table don't add any columns, forms, views or anything. Just check "Include table metadata"

    Try loading that solution from the ribbon workbench and see if you can hide the duplicate buttons.
