AX2012: PO line - released product not showing from dropdown

Hi everyone, i have created a new company and released service items to it. This is confirmed in 'All products and product masters'. However, when i create a PO > PO line > Item No field dropdown - i can only see one product when i should see twenty.

I created the company using the Import Export DAT/DEF which by and large has brought across setup data correctly.

All products and product masters is not "released products".

Can you check that the products are visible if you go to "Released products" instead (in the selected company)?

Also, do you have all the relevant reference data set on these products? (Model group, item group, etc.)

Hi Ivan, thank you for your reply. Yes, products are visible in Released Products. Also reference data is populated.

I have checked other companies where setup was done manually and they show all items from dropdown.

you may need to press validate button on "released product" form to check company specific setup like item group, model group etc are populated.

Please check whether you have data for your item in the following tables:

    InventItemInventSetup

    InventItemPurchSetup

    InventItemSalesSetup
