We are currently exploring the use of the service calendar fro our CRM instance and feel that we need to change the view available. Our working hours are 8am to 5pm, but within the calendar, what would be an all day appointment shows with white space on either side. This would cause us scheduling problems as when looking at the overview we would appear to have availibilty that isn't then true.
Is it possible to change the view within the attached image so that the start of the day is a smaller window, between 8am and 5pm as an example?
