adjusting column width on list views

Hi All,

Is it possible to adjust or set own default column width on list views? We are continually having to drag column headers around to reveal information we need to see.

For example, as you see below, I will have to drag the column to see the home address.

Hi there, not sure if I understood correctly but seems you would like to set the column width you can go to

Settings> Customizations>Customize the system > Entities> Find the entity needed > Open view section>Find the view needed > Click twice on it >Click twice on column you need>Select a width for this column> Save> Publish

    Hope it helps,

    Hi T,

This can be down via the My Apps area, :

Hit the cog on the top right an go to:

    -advanced Settings

Then press the Settings drop down (at the top of the page) and navigate to "My Apps"

Find the app you use, and press the three dotts to open in "App Designer"

Find the entity who's list you want to amend and then find the view you want by clicking the view drop down, and press the edit button on the view you want to change. (in the example below I want to change the width of columns in the view Inactive Accounts, but just find the entity/view you want)

Pick the column header you want to resize, make sure the menu on the right is on the properties tab, set your preferred default width, save, then publish.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi,

Yes, you can go to the setting-> Customization-> entity-> View and then change the width:

If you have multiple views then you don't need to change everything one by one - You can download XrmToolBox and go to the view Replicator Plugin.

It will allow you to copy the view over. It also has the plugin to change the width of the column directly.
