AX 2012 R3 client crashes

Dear All,

in my organization some users are facing some strange issue that max client not opens or getting closed immediately after the ax window appears in the screen. It was working perfectly with them before. Please advise

Tried reinstalling the client in windows 10 machines and still the same .

Hello,

try to delete the users AUC-files (C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local). Remember to close all ax-clients before.

You have not provided any details, so it's hard to say what's wrong, however, usually client crashes could be fixed by kernel hotfix, please try to install latest kernel, link to a HF could be found here blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../overview-of-microsoft-dynamics-ax-build-numbers
