What is the use of forms beginning with Tutorial word in AX 2012 R3 like Tutorial_Form_Table and many more?
Are they meant for the newbie for practice purpose?
If yes then are there any sample SSRS reports for the beginners by watching them beginners can practice accordingly?

They demonstrate various things in a simplified manner, as tutorials usually do.
I'm not aware of "tutorials SSRS reports for AX", nevertheless if you want to practice, simply create a new report and practice. You'll find many resources on internet about how to do it.
