Hi,
What you enter in the line description text won't be visible in the ledger voucher that Dynamics posts.
That is, the invoice line descriptions in the free text invoice - and also the description fields in the sales order invoice - are not taken for the voucher.
This is actually not possible without making a system modification because different free text invoice lines that share the same account and financial dimension are summarized into a single ledger posting line on an account.
For that reason we have the customer, invoice ledger automatic 'default description' texts.
If you want to have the invoice line descriptions inherited in the ledger voucher then a system modification is required. Such a modification is, however, not easy because the accounting engine summarizes different invoice lines based on accounts and findims.

the default description in ledger transaction list report is text "Free text invoice"
this base on generalJournalAccountEntry.text in LedgerTransListReportHelper class.
if we can find related key between generalJournalAccountEntry and CUSTINVOICETABLE, we can add more information in description like Invoice Number and Customer Name.
that is my issue. if you have the solution, please let me know.

Can you test whether the default description 'customer invoice, ledger' will be filled when you post a free text invoice?
My home country is also not listed on the site you shared but default descriptions for free text invoices work nevertheless.
Would be great if you could test and let us know.
