I have signed up for a free 30-day trial of Dynamics 365.
It used to be that there was a "Service Management" area, but now they doesn't appear to be there any more.
This is a brand new free 30-day trial, so there has been no customizations - and I've spoken to someone else who has the same problem.
Any ideas?

Hello everyone,
I still don't know where the Service Management area has gone, but I have found where else you can go.
To go to the Service Level Agreements, change the app to the Customer Service admin center (at the top of the screen), then go to Operations - Service terms. You can then see items relating to Service Level Agreements and Entitlements.
You can then click on "Manage >" to access an area.
