Wondering if anyone can help me with a couple questions
1) security roles for real time marketing features? Does this come as standard with some of the existing OOTB marketing roles? I am having an issue where a user is set up in a test environment and can access the RTM workspace but is unable to link a segment for conditional formatting
2) is RTM always seperate to outbound marketing. Eg if I create a segment in RTM it won't be seen in outbound and vice versa
3) any info on how people have found RTM vs Outbound marketing and is it ok to use both? I'm trying to work out if it is useful for us. Worth noting our organisation is a government regulator so we don't actually market products or services but use the marketing app to send mass communications to stakeholders.
