Is it possible to open roletailored client from run command with specific value..??
 
Eg. To open customer page in roletailored client from run command
                dynamicsnav:////runpage?page=21
What if I want to open customer page with specific customer id??

    You will need to know the Bookmark of the record, but this is not something you want to "generate" yourself. (it is a string of differen characters and numbers),
