GP 2013 Invoicing U/M button is dim

I was viewing the Invoicing screen in GP 2013 and the U/M button on this screen is dim. You cannot select another U/M although you can type another one. I have checked other GP 2013 installations and the U/M button is not dim. I am not aware of any setting that controls this. Any suggestions as to what is causing this behavior?

    Hello Richard.  For the install with the U of M dim, do you have Inventory activated?

    Hi Richard,

    Are you talking Invoicing or SOP Transaction Entry? Is the checkbox 'prices not required in price list' box checked on the SOP setup window? Has the window been modified? Any third party products in play? Any VBA Code present? I looked at the setup windows and I couldn't duplicate the behavior. Does it behave this way for every workstation, user and company? Could field level security be engaged?
