Installing MR 15 CU15 on W7 fails

I am trying to install MR CU15 onto a W7 workstation. When it goes to install .Net 4.6 I get the message "A failure occurred attempting to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6" When I check the log file it is full of read failures on the registry. Is MR CU 15 and .Net 4.6 compatible with W7?

    Hi Richard,

    According to Microsoft requirements, this should be supported as the minimum for the client is Vista sp2 and recommended is 8.1.

    Beat, I discovered the issue was one of security. Even though the client gave me a domain admin account it was not a member of the local admin account on this computer. Once that was corrected MR installed just fine. This included the .Net 4.6 portion.

    Good news....

    I realized that starting with CU14 MR 2012 was requiring a new.NET version.. Going to test CU15 as well soon to check if there are any major issues.
