Realized cost amount on Price Calculation form and IIP/WIP amount on Production posting form show difference amount

Hi, 

   We are some facing about cost amount on production order  between Realized cost  on Price Calculation form and IIP/WIP amount on Production posting form show difference amount .

   What is the root cause of this situation.

    Thank you for that update.

    To me, the vouchers that are posted as 'indirect costs' do not seem to be related to the other production transactions.

    Is this the only production order where you face such a posting issue or do you have multiple production order where you cannot reconcile the ledger postings with the production postings?

    Is it possible that the items do not have a financial ledger integration? Can you check that by controlling the item model group - and its setup - that is assigned to the different parts used in your production?

        i already update capture screen BOM, Costing Sheet, Estimated & Actual Screen.

    Is it possible that you share details of the BOM and the route that you used for this production?

    I feel that this is a kind of 'special' setup and need to understand what has been setup and why.

        1, On the production posting form is "indirect costs"

        2, Direct cost is correct

        3, Production order status is "Ended"

    Why is the type in your production posting form 'indirect costs'?

    What about the direct costs?

    Isn't this an ordinary production order that you are using for producing something?

    Is the production order finished?

    It would be great if you could share some additional information on the underlying nature and purpose of this production order.
