    Do In understand correctly that your want to manupulate just dialog fields (and your question has nothing to do with a report)?

    What type of controls are you talkijng about? Check boxes? Dates? What do you men by "to select a date"?

    If you want used to choose between two mutually exclusive options, wouldn't a combobox or a radio button be a good choice?

    What exactlly do you mean by "to select these fields"?

    Do you have an idea about UIBuilder classes in AX 2012, or is it completely new for you?

    Best regards,

    Hmm, I don't know why you prefer creating a form, but all right. No problem. I'll assume that your controls are unbound. Set their Auto Declaration property to Yes and then pass false to their enabled() method. For example:

    StartDateGregorian.enabled(false);

    By the way, you forgot to answer my question "What exactlly do you mean by "to select these fields"?".

    This report is already developed and using this form as parameters. Further, this form is converting automatically from one format to another format dates. I have a small different requirement as well and for that i am making a new thread.
