Add an Activity to a contact for being part of a segment.

Would like to add an activity to the contact record of each contact that is part of a segment. We are sending a mailing to each of these contacts. Would like to record that this contact received this mailing.

Add an Activity to a contact for being part of a segment.

Hi,

For Mail, you can use the Send an Email tile in segment-based journeys to send emails to contacts in the segment.
You can view the detailed interaction history in the Delivery and interaction details of the email.

Task and Phone Call activity tiles are also provided in the journey to add activities for contacts in the segment.
