Lack of support failure of AI support system lack of human interaction

I’ve been a loyal Microsoft customer for decades, relying on your products for both personal and business use. However, I am writing to express my deep frustration with my recent experience trying to resolve an issue with my Microsoft 365 business account.

 

For the past two weeks, I’ve been unable to access or activate my business account, despite being billed regularly for the service. I have reached out multiple times via the support system and even emailed Microsoft directly, but have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. The automated AI system has not been able to resolve my issue, and I have not been able to speak to a human representative despite numerous attempts.

 

As a small startup, my business relies on access to essential tools like Microsoft 365. The lack of timely and effective customer support is severely hindering my ability to operate. I feel completely disconnected from the service that once helped my business thrive, and it is disheartening to see the shift in Microsoft’s focus from customer satisfaction to an AI-driven support model that offers no real solutions.

 

In fact, this situation reminds me of an airline commercial from 2011, where a long-time customer leaves because the company says, “We don’t know you anymore.” Microsoft, I’m at that point. After decades of loyalty, I feel that your company no longer aligns with my needs. I’m frustrated by the lack of personal service and support, and I am now seriously considering alternatives to Microsoft’s ecosystem.

 

I hope this message serves as constructive feedback and prompts a closer look at the current state of your customer support .
