Activities on the leads visible in the Campaign record

Hi,

To verify the activities on the records, we created aggregated fields on the leads entity that sum up the number of tasks, phone calls and appointments. Each lead is also normally assigned to a particular campaign.

Now we would like to be able to view the total number of activities on a campaign record, including we would like to see all the activities on the timeline. Even though the leads are assigned to that campaign, we don't see them on the campaign record. I'm guessing that this is a relationship issue, but I have not been able to find a way to link them.

Could I ask for your support in this regard? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Jacob,

    Hope you are well.

I am afraid that there are no settings to make Lead form's total number of activities in Campaign form when assigned a Lead to Campaign.

However, we can create a new Lead view with columns which sum up the number of tasks, phone calls and appointments, and then change Campaign form's Lead subgrid view to the new we just created. After that we will see Lead records with the total number of activities in Campaign form.

We can also create a lookup column named Primary Lead and then add a Quick view in Campaign form to show total number of activities.

I have added subgrid view already, but thought I could expand the control around the campaign more on the timeline.

Thanks for your help anyway! :)
