Marketing Form Fields - Not All Fields Available in Designer Toolbox

Hi,

When creating a Marketing Form not all Form Fields are appearing in the Forms Designer toolbox to be selected as part of my form - currently ~25 show, however, if I navigate to the Form Fields section I can see that there are 39 active Form Fields available. How can I see all of these active and available form fields when I'm in the Marketing Form designer?

    Hi Mary,

    For a form field record, if it has been mapped to a lead field but not mapped to a contact field,

    then this field won't appear when Update contacts/leads field is set to "Only Contacts".

    (Existing Company Name field would be an example when only contacts form)

    Try to Update both contacts and leads to show all fields,

    total: added fields on form + remaininng fields in Fields section + Remember Me + Do Not Email

    There are 25 active fields by default in my environment.

    So 25 = 3 + 10(rows) x 2 + 1 + 1

    Thanks Clofly! I didn't realize the Designer toolbox was pre-filtering to show the Form Fields based on what was selected at the top of the form (whether to update contacts/leads, or one or the other). Appreciate the clarification!
