Recive notifications for all incoming chat messages in omnichannel

Hi,

Looking for a solution to give agents clear notifications of all incoming chat messages.

Already put up the desktop notification(witch is great) but seens it only works for new incoming chats I need something more.

Has anyone done something similar?

    Thank you for your answer!

    Yes, I want notifications for all chat messages. So it clearly shows even if the agent is not currently in the omnichannel browser window. Something similar to like receiving Teams notifications.
