Manual export Order Confirmation

Hi All,

My situation is i cannot export the Order Confirmation report manually.The report is blank, no data.

Previously was auto print out but i've revised the setting as below to print it manually.

in the order type > step>print order confirmation ; i set the status "bypass"

is it because i change the status to "bypass"?

Kindly help.

    Dear Wawa,

    I think bypass means "don't do this"  Perhaps setting it to Optional?

    Hi Jana,

    Thank You. I dont want to print OC automatically,only on demand .So i set this step to "OPTIONAL" and UNCHECK AUTOMATICALLY. When the system show the next step is "Print OC", I did the next step(release order) to skip step "Print OC" but unsuccessful. The system still stuck at the same step . Only change to the next step if the OC is printed.

    However,i tried this same set up to step "Print Packing Slip",its successful. When the system show the next step is "Print Packing Slip", I did the next step(confirm shipment) to skip step "Print Packing Slip" and its successful. The system success to change to the next step. I think its standard behaviour. Do you have explanation why the step "Print OC" behave differently.Thanks in advance!
