
We have the calendar assigned with the holidays and closure ( where the weekend and bank holidays are treated as non-working days). The calendar is assigned to the employee for Annual leave then it is perfect. But for Sick leave where even the weekend and holidays are considered, how to handle the Sick leave plan?

Sickness Management is actually not (as process) in D365 HR.
You could use the steps for Leave of Absense, as that will register the absence in DAYS (including weekends). What will happen in that scenerio is that leave accrual should stop for that period..
