The staffing in our shop changed one year ago from military personnel to civilians. We have been using RMS for all our retail needs, but I'm finding a lot of roadblocks that I'm not familiar with from my previous retail experience. We have recently updated our retock and reorder points to better reflect our current rate of sale. However, because of the unique way of doing business here there are times that we only need to place "partial" orders. By looking through each individual item I can see quantity on order, but how can I generate a list of all items on order without printing out each individual PO? Also, is there a way to see quantity on order when you call up the quantity list in <reports>. Come on! Somebody take pity on the new guy? Thanks!
