Constantly asks for login and password in the system

Good afternoon! I have such a problem, the company has Microsoft CRM, one of the users has such a problem, when switching to the system, an authorization form constantly pops up and prompts for a username and password. At first it turned out that his account was blocked and I found messages 4625 in the system. Then everything repeated, I checked the Max Token Size parameter and he did not go beyond the norm. Can you tell me where I can see the logs or some messages, what could be the problem?

    I would like to develop and learn Powerapps, Learn and use MS Teams.

    I can login to my personal Office Account.

    I can't login into my business account where I am the only one on the account.

    I get this error message.
