RPD/AOS/SQL server topology

we  have 40 concurrent users using AX 2012 R2.

so we plan to have 4 servers:

#1: RDP and AOS1,  32G RAM, 8 logical core

#2: RDP and AOS2  32G RAM, 8 logical core

#3: SQL for Data/Model 32G RAM, 16 logical core

#4: SQL for SSRS 32G RAM, 16 logical core

one RDP/AOS comibinantion will hold  20 users,  my only concern is that if RDP/AOS are on same box, will that any performance concern?

    Hi Vincent16,

Please take a look at the following link. It talks about system topology for AX 2012:

    technet.microsoft.com/.../dd309725.aspx

Recommendation is to keep AOS on a separate machine.

Please let me know if you have further queries.

    Thanks,

    Baber.
