i want to send notification after done in sales opportunities ?

I want to send notification after user assign to account manager (after done sales opportunities)

here below screen shot account manager (red color arrow) user assign to account manager after how to send notification (account manager want to get email notification through the email from crm )

if any one know about this please help me

    you can create a workflow to do that.

    Yes via workflow to setup and send email notification.   However note that assigning the account manager tracks the data in the Connection entity and not on the Opportunity entity itself.  So setup the workflow on the Connection entity and use check condition to limit to Opportunity and the Role
