Hello together,
one of my (international) customers currently has NAV 2009. We are going to introduce Dynamics CRM 365 (online) during this year.
While I know that there is a possibility to integrate NAV 2013+ with CRM 2013+ ( https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamicsconnector/2016/04/08/connector-for-microsoft-dynamics-support-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-beyond-dynamics-crm-version-2016/ ) I don't know if it is possible to ingetrate NAV 2009 with CRM 2016+.
The current plan is to to merge and upgrade all instances of NAV 2009 during this (2017) and next year (2018), but this is on a much longer run than the introduction of CRM (during 2017).
Can you provide any information about "Is it possible" and "Is it supported"? I know that these two things not directly correlate...
Thank you very much!
Best regards
Pascal

NAV 2016 onwards supports native integration with CRM Online. However, if you want to use NAV 2009 then it has to be upgraded to NAV 2009 R2 at least for the integration to happen. You may then try to integrate it with the older tool for integration from Microsoft (Dynamics CRM Connector for NAV ) or a 3rd party integration tool like Scribe.
As i know it is possible , but you didn't get total functionality supported and synchronization
