Hello Everyone!
Hope all of you are in joy and happy. My Dynamics online instance storage limit has exceeded and i did not get the cause of it but "tracelog" entity records is created to much so may be this is the cause of my storage exceeding. So can anyone tell me how to delete bulk record of this entity. See following pic . Can anyone tell me how to reduce my instance storage limit? infollowing pic these are stats of one month activities.

Navigate to Settings -> Data Management -> Bulk Record deletion to clear those logs.
That said, it's far more likely you have attachments that are filling space. I recommend using one of the attachment strippers to send to SharePoint or Azure Storage. MSCRM-Addons has one I rather like.
