Hi,

currently we got a problem to enable the purchase order workflow. Work items could not be assigned due to the following error message:

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Work item could not be created. Insufficient rights for user ABC.
at SysWorkflowWorkItem-create
SysWorkflowWorkItem-createWorkItems
SysWorkflow-save
SysWorkflowQueue-resume

X++ Exception: The workflow system could not access the business document data. Report this issue to your system administrator.

If we assign the "System Administrator" role to the user "ABC" everything is working fine. Ax version is 2012 R3.

Thanks

    Hi Andre

All the menu items which are created from new workflow creation wizard are added into privilege and the privilege is assigned to user ,

in my case it is new customized workflow.

a customized form is associated with it .

Just i want to know whether there is any way to know the name of missing menuitems?

    Thanks

    Hi Andre

Is there any way that we can clearly come to know the name of the missing menu item or privilege.

In my case, i have created new workflow (customized) it has access to new customized form. which has details of purchase invoices.

I have added all menuitems which have been created from Workflow creation wizard.

i have added the tables in permissions tab of privilege .

    but no luck

Please help me to know the idea to find out exactly the  missing menu item.

    Hi,

I am running in to the same issue at this moment for a budget plan. I cannot aggregate all child plans in to the parent plan, even though the user (for parent plan review) is the same user as all the child plans (budget preparer).

The user has System admin + budget manager + budget clerk roles. I can't understand what is missing.
