Hi All,

I swear I had bookings synching to outlook with the D365 App for Outlook and some additional configuration. I'll look again. I just had a talk with PM team about 3 weeks ago asking about booking info showing up in Outlook and configurations around it. Let me get that email and ask a clarifying question. I can add you to it, if you'd like.
Hi Scott, the message that I got was that this is a URS feature and thus the deprecation will not only affect PSA 1.x/2.x (on my instance the sync is no longer working, which seems to prove the deprecation). Have also asked the PMs for a clarifying post. Do you have different information?
Hi Scott, thanks for reply.
what im trying to do specifically is stop certain Bookable Resource Bookings from syncing back to Outlook based on field critera.
so can we stop the sync if Status Reason = "X", and allow the sync if Status Reason = "Y, W etc"?
Yes, but that's for PSA v1.x and 2.x. With the D365 App for outlook you can sync them by adding them to the app, but I haven't toyed around with what to sync. However, since it's an app, you can probably just use the views. I'm actually testing that this week and blogging about it.
Be careful, this feature is deprecated: docs.microsoft.com/.../manage-project-bookings-office-365-calendar
And please, don't shoot the messenger...
