We're currently experiencing some issues with users not being able to delete attachments that they add to a Send E-Email step in a workflow. The delete button is missing. As you can see from the image below, as a System Administrator, I have a delete button on the Email Attachments lookup:
I'm assuming there is a security permission somewhere that controls this but I cannot see anything obvious. We know that the email attachment entity name is called activitymimeattachment under the hood but there doesn't seem to be much documentation about how security for this entity is controlled.
If anyone could shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
We're running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 using Internet Explorer 11.
