The information you are looking for is partly available. On AX 2012 R2, Microsoft had a page with ERDs. This has been deprecated, but a copy is hosted on a blog from Alex Meyer: alexdmeyer.com/.../
You would need to create a diagram yourself based on table relations you can find on the tables in the development environment.
