Hi all,  I have one financial dimension where on the financial dimension values the 'new' button is not active.  On all others it is.  Does anyone know why this may occur?  Is there a limit to the number of members you can have perhaps?  thanks for an help you can offer.

    Hi,

Is this an issue that only one single user experiences? Have you checked the users role assignment? Ludwig

    Hi Dakine,

Can you check if the dimension is created with "Use values from" set to '<Custom dimension>' or another value? You can create new values in this form if it is a custom dimension. If it is used from e.g. Business units or customers, the values are auto created when you add new business units or customers.

Thanks Andre that is exactly what I needed.  It's set to look for departments which are managed from within the organization section.

    Hi everyone,

when the finance dimension values the New button is not active

then you can add financial dimensions in Organization administration module and select  Operation Units >click new >select Select  dimension & enter financial dimension value and click > save after check   iN GL > FD> FD values

    Thanks & Reagrds
