Ledger Dimension - Addition of one Child under multiple parents

Dear Friends,

Initiating another thread for another scenario, that our client has, and it is related to Ledger dimension, where we have to define the hierarchy between Dimension.
This is definitely achievable/configurable through Organization hierarchy and then linking it with Account structure.
But here there is a classical case, which came in different such service organization.
e.g. Two dimensions:
Vertical - SubVertical
V1  :  SV1
V1  :  SV2
V2  :  SV3
V2  :  SV1

When we start creating the organization hierarchy, we can create first 3 record, but when we try to create 4th record, system does not even show SV1 as SV1 is already used under V1.  If we somehow try to showcase this in selection window after some customization, then system will give the error while validating the Organization hierarchy.

Any possibility to achieve this as Out of box functionality (One Child to have multiple parents also) within Organization hierarchy so that it can some as drop down accordingly in Ledger dimension.
Any guidance will be of great help.

Thanks & regards,

    Hi,
You seem to have posted two similar threads, I don't see a difference in them, you can keep one thread and close one to prevent thread abuse.
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hello,

Kindly use the functionality of Derived Dimension. Under Derived Dimension you will have the privilege to select the same secondary dimension against multiple primary dimensions.
