Hi,
When I click Finance-->General Journals, it normally showed the general journal template lists that I created. But, now, it pops up a window as below image.
I don't need 'cash' and 'payments', but there is no delete option. Can anyone help?
Hi Mike,
The reason why you see the 3 General Journals is because you have define at gGneral Journal Templates CASH, PAYMENT and GENERAL as a Journal Type = GENERAL.
To delete the CASH and PAYMENT Journal Templates, you just need to access to General Journal Templates and delete the Templates that you don't want..
