Hello: I am not seeing the customer profiles in Customer Insights after the m3 process. Any thoughts? My customer count looks correct.

The Customer Profiles completed but when I review the Customer Profiles, I get an error message, "Couldn't load customers", Entity data not found
Is this the first time you ran the M3 process in your CI environment? Can you check under Admin -> System to see if you still have the Search or Customer Profiles process running? You may have to wait for those processes to complete before you can see your customer profiles. Can you please share a screenshot of your customer profiles page?
